Black 20 looks interesting.

The spinner tips looks to be red or blue.

In this picture look at the demarcation line on the lower wing surface just outboard of the engine -- is that just a panel line and the light makes it look darker or is that the inside edge of the lower yellow wing patch? I want to model an aircraft with the aft machine gun so black 20 is looking to be a good candidate plus you are providing a great amount of documentation for it. I have more questions though, looking at the pilot seat the back rest looks different -- any pictures showing the seats better and would be good to see what the side panels in the cockpit look like. I want to do this with the access doors open. I have some 1/48 resin Argus S-10 engines so will be opening up at least one engine nacelle and possible some other service ports. On the spinners what would be your best guess -- red or blue? Still more questions -- what colors for the exterior ... are we looking at RLM 71/72 or 81/82 over 65 or 76? From what I can see it looks like the lower color runs the length of the fuselage and does not wrap around like on the IAR-80. I really do appreciate all the info that is coming out of this thread -- thanks a bunch.

It is only panel line demarcation with different light angle.

My advice use colors to match the color profile of "black 20" : it could be olivegreen ( like on IAR 80) and a dark green ( RLM 71/72 ?) . The undersurface color it's light grey blue ( RLM 65 ?)
